Man killed on Norwalk freeway
A 24-year-old man who was struck and killed by at least one vehicle at a freeway off-ramp in Norwalk was identified by county authorities Wednesday.
The Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner identified the victim as Carlos Flores.
The crash occurred at about 1:25 a.m. Sunday at the Imperial Highway off-ramp near the conversion road that links the southbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway to the westbound Glen Anderson (105) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Flores was described as a man wearing a black shirt and khaki pants.
A representative from the Medical Examiner’s Office was called to the location at about 3:10 a.m.
