ABC Unified selects Francisco Noyola as board president

CERRITOS – The ABC Unified School District Board of Education held its annual reorganization on Tuesday, electing Francisco Noyola as president, Tatiana Yokoyama Bui as vice president, and Leticia Mendoza as clerk for the coming year.
