NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RESOLUTION ON ADOPTION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Date: Tuesday, March 17, 2026

Time: 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

Place: City Council Chambers, Norwalk City Hall, 12700 Norwalk Boulevard, Norwalk, CA 90650

Description: The City Council of the City of Norwalk will conduct a public hearing to consider adoption of a Resolution on Adoption of Terms and Conditions of Employment for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 947 (“IAMAW”) bargaining unit. (Government Code Section 3505.7).

The recommendation is to adopt and implement Terms and Conditions of Employment for IAMAW bargaining unit as set forth in the corresponding Resolution.

Public Comment: Interested persons can attend this hearing and be heard regarding this matter. The agenda report for the above-described matter may be reviewed at the City’s webpage at: https://www.norwalk.org/government/agenda_minutes_and_videos.php. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk. Address written comments to: Attention City Clerk at the address noted above or by email to Clerk@norwalkca.gov. You may watch the meeting on Charter Channel 3, Verizon Fios Channel 32, YouTube, or livestream through the City’s website. If you challenge the proposed matter, you may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered prior to the public hearing.
