PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Personal Representative of the Estate of Gordon Leon Marx (the “Esate”) and Successor Trustee of the Gordon Leon Marx Revocable Living Trust, dated May 12, 2021 (the “Trust”), has filed a PETITION FOR FINAL DISTRIBUTION, DISCHARGE FOR DECLARATION Of ESTATE ASSETS, AND PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS; TO TERMINATE THIS COURT’S JURISDICTION OVER TRUST; AND DISMISSAL OF ALL CONSOLIDATED MATTERS (“Petition”), wherein the Personal Representative and Successor Trustee is seeking an Order from the Court declaring the following assets as property of the Estate: A 2001 Carso Trailer - VIN: 4HXEN20241C028307 with Michael Booth as a registered owner.

YOU ARE HEREBY CITED AND NOTIFIED to appear before a Judge of this Court at the date, time and palce specified below and show cause, if any, why the Court should not grant the relief requested in the Petition on September 18, 2025 at 9:30AM in Departmet 26 of the Eighth Judicial District Court, 200 Lewis Ave, Las Vegas Nevada 89101.
