The Norwalk City Council, at a meeting held December 2, 2025, introduced proposed Ordinance No. 25-1766, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORWALK ADOPTING ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 2025-04 ESTABLISHING SPECIFIC PLAN AREA NO. 18, THE HEART OF NORWALK SPECIFIC PLAN, by the following roll call vote:

AYES: Councilmembers Ramirez and Rios, Vice Mayor Perez, and Mayor Ayala

NOES: None

ABSENT: Councilmember Valencia
