The Norwalk City Council, at a meeting held December 16, 2025, adopted proposed Ordinance No. 25-1765, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORWALK ADOPTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 2025-02 TO AMEND SEVERAL ZONING DESIGNATIONS TO SPECIFIC PLAN AREA NO. 18, THE “HEART OF NORWALK SPECIFIC PLAN,” by the following roll call vote:

AYES: Councilmembers Ayala and Valencia, Vice Mayor Rios, and Mayor Perez

NOES: None

ABSENT: Councilmember Ramirez
